As the deadlines for our case before the Supreme Court of Canada approach, the CCFR’s legal team has filed their factum with the courts. As always, this isn’t OUR case, it’s yours – the members and supporters of the CCFR, Canada’s Gun Lobby.

In that spirit, and in full transparency and accountability to you, we are hosting the factum here for you to review as you wish.

An enormous amount of effort went into this document, which was limited in length by the courts. For comparison, our federal court case filing was over 9000 pages. You will see below that we focused our arguments in the best manner possible.
