The United Nations, armed conflict, and women: Thoughts for International Women’s Day 2019
Montreal, Quebec — On March 8, we celebrate International Women’s Day, and as a soldier, I thought it relevant to address this theme day from the angle of world conflicts. Armed conflict is part of contemporary reality, and I find it opportune to address it briefly.
