(J) Bravo Zulu to the 244 candidates who recently took part in Basic Leadership Course Graduate Parades in Ukraine. Held at a number of training centres in Ukraine, these courses were supported by Operation UNIFIER and covered four main areas, including the profession of arms, leading personnel, core non-commissioned officer competencies and operating in a tactical environment.

(S) Operation UNIFIER has supported the delivery of individual training in different non-commissioned Officer Training Centres by mentoring local instructors, and providing course instructors and teaching aids. Through working with Ukrainian subject matter experts, CAF members helped design a new Basic Leadership Course, contributing to junior leadership capacity-building for the Security Forces of Ukraine.
