(S) A rededication ceremony for the Kandahar Cenotaph in the Afghanistan Memorial Hall will be held this coming Saturday, August 17^th. This event will be for invited Families of the Fallen, dignitaries, and representatives from across the Defence Team.

(J) The Memorial Hall is situated within DND Headquarters, at the Carling Campus located at 60 Moodie Drive in Ottawa’s west end. Be sure to tune into the DND/CAF social media platforms to watch the livestream of the ceremony.

(S) There will also be additional public viewing opportunities on Sunday, August 18 from 10 am to 7 pm. Parking will be free of charge on this day. We encourage everyone to attend the viewing on Sunday.
