ATRS Sues RCMP, Alberta CFO Staff for $70 Million in Gun-Confiscation Damages (Correction)
Alberta Tactical Rifle Supply (ATRS) sued the Canadian government and four RCMP and Alberta CFO employees for $130 million in damages from the May 1 gun bans. It’s the first cororate case of its kind in Federal Court.
