Not much can be said for where the SCAR is. Latest reports are telling us the SCAR is awaiting an FRT# to be issued. While Questar has approval for 50 SCARS to be imported it also seems that the US State Department is not willing to issue any further permits. The SCAR is built in Belgium so the possibility to try importing straight from the manufacturer does exist.
