Alberta Tactical Rifle made a post over on CGN that the Gen 3 version of their own billet lowers are ready to go. Billet uppers offer tighter tolerances than Milspec AR’s and are great for competition shooters where accuracy can be gained by operating in a cleaner environment and not generally being put up to the abuses of a combat rifle.

ATRS has also said that there will be a Billet upper to match perfectly to this lower in the coming weeks.
